🌊 Breathe. Stop a minute and just breathe. You CAN do this!

Whether you're a little or a LOT overwhelmed by your long to-do list, crazy hard relationships, or a level of sadness that comes over you this time of year from losses you've experienced.

🌊 You ARE going to get to the other side of it all!

And you really can have moments of JOY along with the hard stuff.

🎄❤️ My sweet Mama passed away last Christmas morning, and it feels SO strange coming up on Christmas, my absolute favorite holiday, without her here.

🎄 Yes, I'm experiencing some tough days here and there,
but I am choosing to continue believing that my Mom is celebrating another out-of-this-world celebration in heaven with her beloveds!

And she sure as hell (sorry, Mom, but your girl does cuss a bit at times! 😉) will want me to be happy. Focus on all of the great memories we have. And enjoy my amazing kiddos, 2 grands, my Dad, family & friends!

🌊 So that's exactly what I'm going to do! Will I need to remind myself of this again & again? Yep. Will I be sending up some prayers? Yep. And that's ok.
