Frog mugs!!! I think they are my favorite. 🐸I always love finding little ones hiding in my plants, and these little frogs on mugs just make me smile! ( I have several available, message me if interested)

I took a little time to paint this week and I love how these turned out! I used the actual sheet music to the hymns, It is Well With My Soul & How Great Thou Art ( which is my favorite song) in the background. I love my worship music, but there is just something about those old hymns! I’m thinking I may do more of these. What are your favorite old hymns?

MUG SHOT MONDAY: This mug is straight out of the kiln today & let me tell you, pictures really don’t do it justice. It turned out gorgeous! I am absolutely crushing on this glaze combination of soft matte blue, pink and green!

It’s ! What a fun commission! I made these mugs for the Johnston County Airport, with the prop over their fireplace as inspiration and in the color of the Carolina blue sky, of course. Their latitude & longitude is on the other side. It is an absolutely beautiful airport with a fabulous staff. Go check them out! (These mugs are available for purchase in the airport)

It’s that dreary, fall kind of day where you just need something warm and soothing to drink. I’m having some hot tea in my favorite mug. I used freshly squeezed lemon & grated ginger with some local honey I got this morning at Great Gardens here in Wilson. It is SO good! Good honey really makes the tea! Using local honey is really important and if you suffer from seasonal allergies, it may help. Honey you buy at the grocery store that isn’t local may be from pollinated flowers you aren’t exposed to, which can actually cause an allergic reaction. So, when choosing honey, local is always best. Great Gardens has plenty, so go check them out.
