Inside look at Hannah Slaughter, Director for Pinocchio. Below she is working with one of the youth on blocking a scene. Blocking a scene in theater productions is used to define where actors will stand/move on stage. This can include deciding which character has a has props, how acters interact with each other, and defines what a characters movement is like. As well as develop a character's emotional state in a scene or convey an important event within a show.
