🌟 **Good Neighbors, Better Community** 🌟

At our office, we believe in going beyond just words. That’s why we’ve partnered with SPARK to house the first “Good Neighbor Shelf” right outside our doors. It’s stocked with hygiene essentials and snacks for anyone in need.

When I created our “Good Neighbor Community Closet” a few years ago,I felt that because it was inside my office, it wasn’t reaching the people that truly need it, or there were limitations because it wasn’t accessible nights and weekends. I shared this with Amber from SPARK and her excitement was palpable as I saw the wheels turning in her head on how she could create something to overcome these obstacles and truly help those that needed it…and with that - the very first Good Neighbor Shelf was born!

Our mission is to embody the true spirit of being a good neighbor, helping everyone in our community to be at their best.

Last week, I spent the morning with Troy Davidson from the NC Osfm. We dropped off Kidde Fire Safety smoke detectors donated by State Farm to both the and in preparation for Smoke Alarm Saturday. 🚒

Smoke Alarm Saturday is a statewide initiative where fire departments across NC come together to educate their communities on home fire safety and install smoke detectors in places of need. We’re proud to be part of this effort to keep our neighbors safe! 🏠❤️

If you talk to Wendy today, don’t be surprised if her voice is a bit scratchy. Her son’s team took home the state championship last night, and she was the loudest cheerleader in the stands! 🏆🎉
