Lady Kim CEO of Kicks, Kooks & Koinonia is pleased to share that in her years of hard work and experiences she is certified in the following areas with Interactive Fitness Trainers of America as a Fitness Nutrition Counselor, as well as, a Group Fitness Leader and Personal Trainer.
Tips to stay safe in the heat:
1. Stay hydrated. Preferably by drinking water and avoid drinking caffeine, alcohol and sugar. This could cause dehydration.
2. Wear light clothing like breathable cotton to keep from trapping heat
3. Please wear sunscreen SPF 15 or higher at least 30 minutes before going outside.
