Our mind and body are so addicted to the outside world with Social media scrolling, constant go go, busy and getting pulled in so many different directions to distract us from what's real and true. The more we do the more we get pulled away from who we are. Disconnected.
Calming the mind is NOT easy. You must face all those negative illustrational thoughts FIRST that are trying to keep you from reaching your divine self.
