Can Singing Bowls Assist me in Healing?

Besides their traditional use for meditation, Tibetan singing bowls are used for deep relaxation and muscle regeneration, to relieve pain in the joints, muscles and shoulders, to ease pain related to sciatica, the digestive system, headaches and migraine or spine injuries, to improve circulation, release tensions or blockages, to open the energy flow, eliminate the toxins from the body.

When we relax with the sounds of Tibetan bowls or even the gong, our concentration improves and our emotional tensions and blockages are eased.

The sound with its vibrations can ease mental or emotional pain (low self-esteem, worries, fear, anger, anxiety, depression, insomnia). Tibetan singing bowls and their unique tones are used to stabilise blood pressure, to ease asthma related issues, to renew the functioning of the adrenal gland, to open and stabilise the meridians and to improve the synaptic responses in our brain. They also help children with hyperactive disorders and they stimulate the immune system.

Where is Kidney 27 located?

Kidney 27 is located on the upper chest, at about the level of the collar bone. More specifically, the point is found on the lower border of the collar bone, about one-and-a-half inches out from the midline of the body.

To find the point, first find the lower border of the collar bone. Run your index finger along that border — from the midline outward — and feel for a slight divot.
That’s Kidney 27 point.

How to do it?

Press / tap / rub.. or massage the
Kidney 27 on both sides at the same time. Breathe deeply.

This helps balance your breathing into your lungs and throughout the whole upper body. When you apply firm pressure to Kidney 27, it can be tender, so ease into it and increase pressure as you adjust.

Bring energy into the eyes and increases your ability to literally move Forward increasing your energetic ability to get things done … taking slow deep breaths while activation pressure is applied is needed.

Getting outside and physically connecting with nature stimulates the senses while simultaneously relaxing us. There are many benefits to surrounding yourself with nature, but making that extra connection by feeling nature will give you even greater results.

Earthing, also known as grounding, is the practice of connecting your body with the Earth. The most common way of doing this is walking barefoot over natural ground, such as soil, grass or sand. This is because these are naturally conductive materials that help ground the body and remove excess positive electrons.

Modern city life coupled with the vast love affair us humans have with shoes (heels, sandals, runners, you name it), means people are literally losing touch with the Earth.

To help reconnect us with nature, many earthing devices have been created – from floor mats for under your desk to mattresses – blankets with magnets and if they work for you, great I live them also.

However, the simple act of walking barefoot on the grass or along a sandy beach should not be undervalued or overlooked.

As of currently the most recent scientific research has explored grounding for inflammation, cardiovascular disease, muscle damage, chronic pain, and mood.

The central theory from one review study is that grounding affects the living matrix, which is the central connector between living cells.

Electrical conductivity exists within the matrix that functions as an immune system defense, similar to antioxidants. They believe that through grounding, the natural defenses of the body can be restored. Further research expands on this idea.
