Offices. It can be at home or in a clinic, in a company, business building.
But one thing is certain: it is going to be a place for a lot of productivity!
A chair and a desk donβt make a good office. We need to think in details of the routine, pieces that need to be at hand to facilitate the work, comfortable lights, storageβ¦ that is architecture! The custom design for your days, specially when you are working!
A special design for your work space is essential for your work results! Think of that!
And if you need any help with this design or anything to guarantee a better environment for your routine, Iβm here!
3 Reasons Why the Design-Build Delivery Method Works
1. Teamwork:
The design-build team and the owner are in this together, and they have the same goal βto complete a successful project that meets or exceeds the ownerβs expectations. When teams encounter challenges on a project (and there are always challenges), pointing fingers is not an option. Instead, everyone rolls up their sleeves and works on solutions together.
2. Continuity:
A design-build firm is involved in the project from start to finish, which adds an inherent efficiency and effectiveness to the process. The chance of items being overlooked is greatly diminished.
3. Time Savings:
Design and construction involve managing hundreds of timelines that need to coordinate in lockstep. Design-build creates opportunities for owners to contemplate major decisions, ask questions, and consider their options. Anything the team can do to avoid taking steps backward is going to lead to better, faster, and more cost-effective results. The design-build system is highly adaptive and responsive in the field. Big decisions can be revisited during construction without change orders or additional fees. Although the conventional story is that making changes costs money, that is not necessarily so in design-build.

The first question is: Are you offering a unique experience for your clients?
If the answer is no, you NEED to invest in a unique experience for your clients.
Nowadays, that is the major reason that your clients would buy from you and recommend your service / product.
The architect is the person who is able to help you to design the way your clients see your store.
At we developed a method to understand your business, your goals, your audience and transform all these parameters in one unique space.
Send me a message and letβs talk about how I can help you to increase your business! πβ¨
How can I know that I will like your design proposal?
I get this question from my clients before signing the contract.
People think that those who work with creativity have a natural talent and can create amazing things out of the blue.
I agree that some people were born to work with new creations, but even those who need to be creative for a living have an intense research process before presenting anything to their clients.
And that is not different at -meetstudio58. We need to study, watch, read a lot of content before creating our clientβs design proposal.
At the beginning of our service, we have a BRIEFING process, which is a detailed interview on what you like, desire, and wish for your space.
With this information and lots of studying and testing, we can develop solutions to achieve what you envisioned.
Send me a message if you want me to share what I ask on those BRIEFING interviews.
It will be a pleasure to talk to you. πβ¨

3 retail design trends that can transform the shopping experience β¨π
The retail design intends to generate a comfortable and safe feeling in the environment so that the consumer's journey is reflected in a unique and memorable shopping experience.
1. The power of social media πΈ
Most shoppers actively participate in social media. Companies designing or redesigning their physical locations should consider an aesthetically pleasing space that customers want to photograph or pose for a selfie. It's necessary to use creative elements that inspire customers to take photo and share them on social media.
This social media phenomenon not only makes the shopping experience interactive, but it's also an excellent way for companies and businesses to get free marketing and further promote brands.
2. 10 minutes of vacation per day β³
Many retail stores are also including different services that add an immersive experience when shopping physically. These environments promote micro moments of decompression for customers, or "10 minutes of vacation a day", from comfortable chairs in a local cafeteria, spaces for events, demonstrations and tasting of products, minimalist decoration that reminds the memory of the house of people, among other resources.
3. Tecnology πΊπ»
The new retail design can provide high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the store area, abuse of digital communication through LED screens and panels, in addition to investing in omnichannel services, such as BOP (buy online and pick up at the store), by drive-thru or smart lockers, for example. Or it is even possible to provide digital e-store platforms, in which the customer who does not find a product of interest in the physical store can shop online, choose and pay for the items that will be delivered later at home, with free shipping.
All these trends will impact how you should design your retail interior space. Do you already see any of these behaviors happening?
Do you love dogs more than you love humans? πΆπ
Sometimes I don't know... My dogs make me so happy that is why when I was invited at to design this new pet store at I couldn't be happier.
The owner .vmangini requested a sensory space? A space that their clients could not just shop for supply but live the of finding them products for their pets and also bring them to the store if wanted.
We are working out the final details and soon you'll see a new amazing pet store here in Central Florida

They also wanted to offer a surprise at every corner of the clinic.

Is your business space reflecting the quality of your service?
Nine ways your space can inspire shoppers to snap pics and share them. πΈ
π 1. Know your brand identity
You want to create a space that prompts shoppers to get out their phones, but itβs important not to stray too far from what your brand is known for. Have fun, and mix things up while still maintaining brand colors, fonts, and tone. - Aesop Store
π 2. Create an experience
If youβve ever walked into a shop and been immediately inspired to snap a photo, you know how important it is for the overall aesthetic of a space to work together to create an experience. - LadurΓ©eβs Georgetown
π 3. Remember that less is more
Clutter doesnβt make for βgram-worthy photos, so ensure thereβs space between displays and around merchandise. - Loja Vans
π 4. See whatβs trending
Pay attention to whatβs happening in popular culture, and find ways to integrate those trends into your space.
π 5. Get interactive
Lure clients inside, and keep them entertained by offering interactive aspects to your commercial space, such as photo booths with props, classes, product demonstrations, and influencer events.
π 6. Provide an Instagrammable backdrop
When thereβs an eye-catching mural or stunning backdrop, people line up to snap a photo in front of it.
π 7. Add mirrors
Mirrors are already commonplace in apparel stores because they enable shoppers to see how theyβll look in items. But strategically placed mirrors can also be a great way to easily take pics of themselves modeling merchandise while also featuring your space.
π 8. Invite shoppers to lounge
The longer consumers spend in a store, the more theyβre likely to spend. So give them the opportunity to sit down, pose for a photo, and take in your beautifully designed store β and its products.
π 9. Donβt forget lighting
Great lighting doesnβt only showcase your products β It can also entice customers to snap a pic.
Do you want all that and more for your commercial space? Send me a message, it will be my pleasure to help you. π²
Do you know a friend that needs this in his commercial space? Share this content with him.
The popularity of social networks, especially the visually focused Instagram, has created a need for Instagrammable spaces to attract visitors, entice them to spend and want to come back. β¨
And with more than a billion Instagram users β 83% of whom use the social network to discover new products β thatβs a powerful motivator to make your store worthy of the gram.
A nonselling space devoted to selfies may be out of the question for some commercial spaces. But creating even a temporary Instagrammable area or setting up an irresistible photo opportunity in a little corner can excite customers, increase foot traffic, and be a boon to sales.
Check my stories! I will share 9 ways you spacce can inspire your customers to snap pic and share them. π²

Do you like your home office? π€
Just like you I am running my small business from my home office. Now I am camping next to my kitchen (check my stories), but soon my dreamy home office will be ready in my yard. β¨
What are you waiting to have a professional design for your home, not just for aesthetic purposes but to select comfortable and ergonomic items for you.
The first place we design at our home is usually the living room or bedroom but the place the we spend most of our time is working, so why not give a extra attention to that space? π
I'm far from the architect I want to be.
But I'm already a thousand times better than I was five years ago. β¨
Do you know consistency? It is real. π€
Keep going and don't stop! π
I was raised in a big city, so I used to live in apartments... π’
After I moved to Orlando, it was a little strange to see that people needed all that space. Formal Room, Living Room, Tv Room, Den, Study Room, Dining Room, Breakfast Nook...
But one space that caught my heart was the Home Theater. Having room to put comfortable power recliners, with cinema-quality speakers and fresh popcorn, it's a fantastic experience. π
I had the pleasure to design several home theaters since here in Orlando is a must-have at a vacation home, but I am always ready for the next one. π
What do you prefer? The privacy of your home theater? Or going out to enjoy a movie with your friends? β¨
My family used to order pizza every Friday evening as a reward for my good behavior. π
To be honest, I wasnβt the most well-behaved kid, so there were many Friday nights that I had to give it another try on the following week, but when I deserved it, it was a blast.
With this project, we at wanted to bring this family-oriented environment. π
Create a space to bring your kids to have fun and ask how their week went.
When I design commercial spaces, imagining how people will use that space is the first step to create a concept that will deliver to the target audience what they are looking for. β¨
Share with me your favorite pizza restaurant in town. I love to visit new spots (and eat).
I π commercial projects
At first you will look and think β Why put so much work on a bathroom of a commercial space?β
This client, the company Hydrotech sells bathroom valves, so they invited us to design two showroom bathrooms to display their products.
No the bathroom doesnΒ΄t come with the valves, but when the good sensation that their clients will fell after seeing the product installed in such a nice environment will for sure help their sales.
We Will be starting the construction soon, come back to not miss anything.
Generally, people don't REALLY follow our routine. β£π€

When you walk by and see this little blush pink spot, stop by and go inside to check more details of this space. β¨π
β¨ This project has such a fantastic request...
Jason, the owner of Hydrotech, sells eco-friendly bathroom fixtures for commercial spaces, like the International Airport, Millenia Mall...
He invites us at to design two bathrooms that he could use as a showroom for his products. I love when we have the opportunity to help business owners improve their business.
As a business owner myself, I know that every investment that we make in our business, later on, will improve our life quality, time with family and bring more clients. π
If you want to see the other bathroom we designed like this photo, and I will post the second one if I get enough likes.
Respecting your time is essential - especially in challenging moments like the current one. β¨
But my friendly tip is to be careful that these external interferences (which we cannot control) do not internalize and get in the way of the evolution of your dreams and projects!
Donβt be afraid to start slow, but don't give up on the first problem, either. π
Enjoying the moment that I delivered one more β¨
