Hi guys! We're looking for some part-time help in the office.
This job is perfect for a college student looking for some extra pocket money and would like to work part time!
25 hrs/ per week
Flexible with scheduling
Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing
Pleasant telephone manner
Able to think on your feet when dealing with callers
Knowledge of computers; experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy
Excellent problem solving and people skills
Good time management and ability to prioritize
Duties include:
Working in a fast paced environment
Assisting in customer drop off and pick up
Answering phones/ being able to take clear informed messages
Sourcing parts and giving estimates
Assisting office manager and owner with every day tasks
Picking up and returning parts as needed
Paying supplier statements
