PEACE of CAKES

With the snow storm coming *🤷‍♀️* I've decided to make some banana bread for this weekends breakfasts! My recipe ends up making 18 mini loaves and 2 standard size loaves. Obviously I'm going to have alot of left over loaves no one in my house needs LOL.

So...with that being said...
Who would like some Fresh Baked Banana Bread? Send me a message! *if you want to add anything like nuts, chocolate chips, ect let me know!*

The mini loaves make great single servings when cut in 1/2 or even 1/3!

I've decided to attempt a Pre-order Christmas Bake Sale to make some extra $ doing what I love to do while I have the time to do it since we have already celebrated our Christmas with family.

Your choice of 2 dozen drop cookies : Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin *with or without chocolate chips*, Peanut Butter Overload or Cranberry White Chocolate Chip (pick 2 from the list)

Your choice of 6 Jumbo Muffins for Christmas Morning Breakfast:
Blueberry
Chocolate Chip
Cinnamon Streusel
Or
Cranberry White Chocolate Chip

And 1 dozen Un-decorated Cut-out Sugar Cookies with a container of Frosting and some sprinkles to decorate your cookies for Santa! Along with a blank card to write a note for Santa as well!

I have also been thinking about the upcoming holiday seasons...like...
Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, ect. There will be alot of school class parties, family gatherings, ect. So with that being said....
I will be taking Holiday Orders very soon with some 💥 Deals!

Father in laws 80th bday ! 4 layer carrot cake jam packed and then naked coated with cream cheese frosting, along with roughly 80 cupcakes! The party theme was Outdoors! My father in law loves hunting, fishing ect!

I know it's not perfect by any means....but.....

Been pretty busy lately, so I haven't been able to post in a while! So many things are happening in our lives, that I tend to lose track of time lol.

Anyways...
Here's what's been happening up in here!!!
This last weeks assignments were Páte Choux, Eclares, and then the Shell for this week's assignment which is a Paris Brest!

What's a Paris Brest you ask?!?!?
Well...let me tell ya...its not easy, but its not difficult either.

The base *shell* is a Páte Choux dough, which is what eclares are made with! Except a Paris brest is shaped into a 3 layer ring, and filled with Diplomat Cream and dusted with Powdered Sugar! *I don't have a picture yet of the finished product because I haven't made the diplomat cream just yet*

Huge thank you to my auntie Donna for sitting in the kitchen and talking me thru it! It helped my nerves ALOT!

Had a fantastic time trick or treating with all the kiddos! Best Halloween ever!!!

We have such a busy week ahead of us! Some lemonade stand cookies and cupcakes, some scones *for us*, and then I have the honor of making 200 cupcakes and an Anniversary cake for a wedding this weekend!! 😋 ❤️👩‍🍳
