Ms. Hernandez was dependent on external support for all aspects of her care as she was unable to stand, walk or speak.

With our support and comprehensive therapeutic approach, she is now able to get out of bed, go to the bathroom, feed herself and make her needs known with very minimal to no assistance!

Mrs. Burlew was admitted to Belmont Bay with impaired strength and endurance, and she required extensive assistance with functional mobility and ADLs.

After 4 weeks of consistent participation in therapy and with the help of the clinical team, she was able to discharge back to her prior functional level and was able to return to her ALF!
