It’s the weekend and Spring is coming fast. It’s time to declutter and get organized. Getting organized is not the easiest thing to do. The question you may be asking yourself is “where do I start?” Or “How do I do it?” In the beginning of this process, getting a plan in place on what needs to be accomplished can go a long way. Write down goals and then break those goals down into smaller tasks and make the time during the week to try to accomplish them. Let’s start with creating buckets and tasks that fall into those buckets.
Stay inspired. Find a way to see the inspiration around you. Take time out to find yourself…to relax and enjoy the moments. Keep moving to find your inspiration.
You may not have thought about it before but the people you surround yourself with are energy, they can be good energy, renewing energy, bad energy, or exhausting/draining energy…you need to observe how you feel around people and how they make you feel. Being on the right frequency with people that resonate with you will bring you the renewable good energy you need and this will help you in your goals, dreams, pursuits. Limit your exposure to people who drain your energy.
It’s not the easiest to be consistent. It’s like building a habit - a habit takes at least 90 days to stick with you. If you are determined, you won’t let anything come between you and your target/goal. Consistency starts with the way you think about something and why you want to do it. You can make anything happen if you want it to happen. (Read that part again). Consistency is part of the ingredients for success.
Knowing your “why” comes as you start coming up with your ideas, your business, your plans….you figure things out as you go, and it just happens as part of the process.
There may be people around you that may not see your vision yet, or they may not understand why you’re doing what you are doing. These individuals may be your family, friends or other close loved ones who just don’t see it yet or they just worry about you genuinely. Those of us who go out and try to start businesses or go forward into the world with our ideas - we are a special group of people with a unique mindset. We have to think big, we have to think outside of the box and we have to take chances - this is the process of trial and error and figuring out what works and what doesn’t for us. Believe in yourself, your service or product and keep going….learn as you grow and your “why” will become clearer and clearer to you and you will celebrate with the results that come from all your hard work.
Wishing those celebrating, family and friends, a very Happy Hanukkah!

Holiday stress. It’s okay to sit things out or take it easy…or to find time for yourself.
Seven Ways to Cope with Holiday Stress Looking ahead to holiday gatherings, events and activities may fill you with anticipation and excitement, along with a little angst. You may feel that build-up of anxiety as the holidays approach. According to a recent APA poll, nearly one in three Americans expects to be more stressed this holiday....

There is always lots going on behind the scenes that the average person does not know about. You’re stronger than you know and you have faced some of your toughest battles without recognition. You are capable, you are resourceful, you are brilliant, and you are supported by all of us who are dealing with or have dealt with same or similar circumstances. You’re surrounded by a supporting community.
Happy 4th! Cheers to this great nation and hope you, your friends, family and loved ones have a restful and superb holiday! 🇺🇸
Seize the day. Seize the week. Seize your quarter. Seize your next 6 months of the year!
Remembering those who we lost in the wars and through time. Thinking of the soldiers that gave their lives in battle for us to be here and living our lives being able to do what we do.
Manifest the life you want. Open yourself to the opportunities that come your way. When one door shuts, it allows for other options to make themselves available. Take a leap and go for it.

It takes effort to get results.
The skills you have, the resourcefulness of your very being, the follow-through, the dedication and commitment are all part of your making…you don’t have to be great at everything…sharpen the skills that serve you…it’s a constant process of learning, and doing…
It’s New Years Eve. Let’s begin this path again but this time making better choices. Cheers and blessings for 2023. #2023
Entrepreneur schedules are not normal schedules. If you need a quiet place, you may want to check out the group study, individual rooms or conference rooms available (for free) at your local library. Go out. Get motivated and make a dent in your work. Cheers to the weekend! *tdone
Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 hoping you are all having a great holiday. It may be tough for some as we have had many leave us in recent time, but know you’re not alone and you are thought of and cared for. Thankful for good health and wish you all stay healthy and have a prosperous upcoming year #2022
To all who stuck it out and made it out - all branches - one tree - thank you! Cheers!
It’s today. Today, you’re going to start crossing off some of the things you have been procrastinating about off your to-do’s list. Today, you awaken to another shot at getting it done. You’re going to follow-through because you believe in yourself, and I believe you will do it. You are going to feel good about getting even one big ticket item off your radar. You will feel a sense of accomplishment, and you will want that feeling to last, so you’ll get something else done to. Affirm it, know it, and do it. It’s all in your wheelhouse. 💪
Scariest place to be is in the same spot, with no change, no movement, no growth and development.
“Potential” “You have potential” “Potentially” it brings with it a possibility or a probability or chance of some development…why is it dangerous? Most people would say it’s not, that having potential is good, that you could possibly accomplish something. Yet more often then that it ends up stopping us from taking action on it. “You have the potential, but you’re just not there yet” “You could potentially be promoted but you need some more experience” “You have a lot of potential but we need someone with a bit more experience right now” Does any of that sound familiar? Potential takes us off course, we get distracted by it, and don’t follow through. Many people fall into this trap of not taking action after hearing that word. You may feel like it’s not worth pursuing anymore. I don’t like telling people they have potential for that reason. If you want to hear feedback, constructive feedback may help and hopefully set you on the path you want to go on. Potential is broad and doesn’t help. In order to get beyond it, 1. Hone in on your specific goals and 2. Take Action steps.
The ongoing theme has been “start, just do something, take action, take the step.” Fear holds people back. Stepping out of that comfort zone, holds people back! It’s called a comfort zone for a reason. We need to be okay with getting uncomfortable, being okay with failing, being okay with trying again and again….results happen only when we try something……That’s how we measure progress!
“Cop your own excuses” -Jean Chatzky I often hear people around me (and I actually used to do it a lot too) say “well I don’t have the time” or motivation or energy or I am just not as good at this or what’s the point? I suck at this. Why try? Why should I do anything? This is very relatable in any aspect - such as education, a parent contemplating going back to school, a person hesitating to go to a BBQ with friends or coworkers, a date invite that you may fear will be a failure anyway, a contest you should enter but choose not to because you think you always lose….We all make excuses, but that needs to change now, and we need to be able to jump on opportunities without fear, without guilt, without regret - start listening to what you really want out of life and not what others want for you, be honest with yourself and try to take the steps to stop making excuses and start taking action (on whatever that may be)
