Amy has recently joined our team and we’re excited for you to meet her!

Below you can read a bit about Amy and the modalities she offers.

Amy is a graduate of the Massage Institute of Memphis in Tennessee. She later moved to Orlando, Florida. While there, she studied to be certified in Manual Lymph Drainage using the Vodder technique.

She enjoys being able to provide her clients relief from the aches and pains of day to day life. Amy makes the most of the various skills she has learned to adjust to her client’s needs. Be it relaxation, release of trigger points, alleviation of pressure due to headaches, swelling, or helping boost the immune system from a recent illness or surgery.

Christl Joy graduated from a medical massage school in Washington state in 2004. Over the years She has learned that addressing the root of the issue yields longer lasting results and it always her ultimate goal. She believes most dysfunction stems from the abdomen and sacrum. Her approach is gentle, intuitive and mostly relaxing, but does deeper work as needed.

If you experience a stuffy nose during massage, that’s totally normal. It means your lymph system is moving and your body is in the process of detoxing!

Some ways to help reduce stuffiness:

1. If it’s an option, you can ask your therapist to end the session face up. This allows time for your sinuses to drain before the end of your massage.

2. Being mindful of what you eat leading up to your massage. Sometimes highly processed foods or pasteurized dairy products can cause an increase in stuffy sinuses during a massage.

3. Ask your therapist for a dab of peppermint essential oil on the face cradle. Sometimes this will help decrease symptoms.

Meet one of our newer therapists, Kendra, who has been working with us since July. She's very
pleasant and caring towards her clients. We love having her apart of our team!

Kendra is a Licensed Massage Therapist that graduated from the Minnesota School of Cosmetology. She enjoys working on a wide variety of clientele, from just simply needing to
relax and relieve stress to those with very specific needs and focus areas. Her specialties include Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

Meet our newest addition to our team!

Cici is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from Saint Paul College with a certificate in Massage Therapy. Since early childhood, she has been on a passionate mission to be of service to others. As a person with such resolve who simultaneously finds joy in working with her hands, she naturally became immersed in the art of massage.

Cici's objective is to create a calm and comfortable space for people to relax, tune in with their bodies, and take the time to themselves that we all so desperately need and deserve. She tailors each massage session to the individual's needs and wants, and applies her knowledge in anatomy and kinesiology accordingly to help address pain and discomfort clients may be experiencing on a daily basis.

Meet our newest therapist, Crystal Lee!

Crystal Lee graduated from Globe College
Minnesota School of Business in 2004 with
her massage therapy license.

She always wanted to be a massage therapist since she was in 7th grade. Over the years she has found, what she loves most about her career is the relief she is able to give her clients by releasing the stresses of daily life, and/or pain that a client might have. She also loves continuing her education learning new techniques to better help her clients during sessions.

Crystal Lee specifically has interest in
helping any client that has issues with upper
body discomfort or sciatic nerve pain. She
also loves bringing a sense of relaxation to
the environment while seeking out, pinpointing, and then releasing areas of tension clients may have. Giving that combination of pain relief and unwinding daily stress.

Crystal Lee is available Monday mornings.
