Phew! 8:00am SPENGA ✔️ I’ve been trying to focus on my health! I’ve started weight loss medications, been eating clean and started working out again! I’m 👇 25lbs so far and still working! This was my third SPENGA class and I love the format. 20 min spinning, 20 min strength and 20 min yoga 💪 Who has recommendations for other gyms or workouts to try? I can’t do a lot of running or high impact actions on my foot due to arthritis from old fractures, but loved to give other things a try! Also, if you want to come try SPENGA with me let me know!
