Bake of the day: Roasted Garlic Sourdough 👏🏼

And we’ve been busy the past couple days mixing some sourdough up for the Farmer’s Market this Saturday @ McKinney Park in Woodruff.

Fun fact: The longer sourdough ferments, the more lactobacillus there is! I like to ferment my dough about 48 hours for the most nutrient dense loaves 👏🏼🙌🏼
