Happy Pride Month!

We apologize for our recent silence. After many meetings and conversations we realized that we needed to actually become a fully self-standing non-profit to be able to accomplish everything that we need and want to which requires funding and time…

So we did that!

We are happy to announce that we are now fully recognized by the state of Georgia as a non-profit organization and our federal paperwork is in progress. Our founding Board of Directors have been selected and we are ready to grow!

Stay tuned! This month we will be introducing the Board, launching our community features blog, and begin fundraising for the festival!

We are so Proud to be a part of Woodstock and Cherokee and cannot wait for what’s ahead!

Congratulations to Kayla T. for winning our logo design contest! We LOVE our new logo and look forward to hopefully working with you in the future!

Kayla has just recently finished her degree in graphic design and is opening her own design company later this year. We CANNOT WAIT to see where she is going!

Atlanta Pride celebrates the defeat of ALL anti-LGBTQ+ legislation in the 2024 Georgia General Assembly. This outcome was only possible thanks to our community's unity and resilience and the tireless leadership of organizations across Georgia committed to LGBTQ+ visibility, equity, and justice. While we still have much work to do, let us celebrate today with q***r joy.

The loss of Nex Benedict is a tragic and devastating occurrence that deeply impacts our communities. It is essential that we come together to demonstrate our unwavering support for them by establishing environments where Trans and nonbinary individuals feel secure, standing up for their rights, and actively encouraging diversity and acceptance. By working collectively, we have the power to bring about positive change and guarantee that every person, irrespective of their identity, is embraced and appreciated for their true selves.

Aromantic Spectrum Awareness Week is an opportunity to learn about and support those who identify on the aromantic spectrum. By listening to their experiences and amplifying their voices, we can help break down barriers and build a world that values diversity and inclusion.

We are so proud and excited to announce: Woodstock Pride is happening March 29-30, 2025!

We want to host a fundraising LGBT+ BBQ this June and are looking for a host location! Please tag/send suggestions!
