This week we are inspecting 46 townhomes in Riverdale, GA for roof damage. Jason and Vince are on the job!

With the amount of rain we’ve received, be sure to check your ceilings and walls for any surprise leaks. If you find a grey stain, it is an active leak. If you see a brown stain, then it is an old leak that has now dried. Give us a call to schedule an inspection!👍

Check out these rusted gutters! This upper gutter became so rusted through that a hole has formed. Which, of course, results in water leaking directly through it. Now, in the second picture, you can see the fascia board behind the gutter is rotten. The gutter needs a strong material to be anchored to. If you have something similar to this on your home. Not all chimney leaks come from the roof. This chimney needs to be caulked at the corner boards, and the chimney pan needs to be replaced to extend over the top of the corner boards and crown.

Winter is the perfect time to get those exterior projects done! When the warm weather shoots up, so does the material costs. Be sure to give us a call for any roofing, siding, or gutter work!

Time for a new roof! We pulled out the thermal gun to confirm that the ceiling is still wet. We then tracked it to the very old HVAC pipe as the direct source to this leak.
