3. No smoking in the house: We may allow smoking in the bar area if weather permits that we open windows.

4. Crashing: You're welcome to crash on the couch or women can choose your roommate for the night, it's better than drinking and driving. If you're there a few days help clean up. If you're there a week, you need to buy grocery's. If you're there two, chip in on utilities. If you're there longer than that, pay rent...

5. The only acceptable response when asked if you would like a Jager-bomb is "F**k Yea"

6. Under no circumstances is Erik allowed to eat popcorn or chips while intoxicated. If he was poisoned and the popcorn/chips were coated in the antidote, he would fu***ng die, because he cannot seem to get any of them in his mouth...

7. If you've been invited it's because the status quo has been kept. You being invited does not mean 20 of your guy friends are invited too. Women are always welcome, permission to invite your guy friends must be asked and given. (No one likes a sausage fest, guys drink all the booze and leave none, guys start fights, and they hit on the hosts female friends that are here because they know they can have fun and feel comfortable not to be hit on by weird guys they just meet.)
