Shortened my HIIT workout today because I need to train Muay Thai this afternoon. DON'T OVERTRAIN!
Who can point out the weaknesses in my form? Locals: first one to point out a true functional weakness in my form and explain why it compromises the exercise gets one free private. Far flung friends, you get bragging rights.
