Talking about sleep and your child doesn't have to be scary, you are not alone in your struggles. We are here to give you a hug, embrace you in your sleepiness, and talk about the good the bad and the ugly! Come join for a circle!
We all need to share our stories, it's what makes us feel connected, it's what builds community, it's what makes us human ❤️
We live in a time where baby sleep is a really hot topic and can turn nasty quickly. But do you ever wonder, what's normal?! What are babies supposed to do? Is there one simple answer?
Quite honestly no. It's a very individual thing, and it's not something that is supported during this point of parenting.
We are here to talk about what's "normal", what's common, what parents feel pressured into and/or guilted for, and most importantly that you're not alone!!
Sign up ASAP to hang out with us tomorrow at: www.celestialcirclecommunity.com/events
It matters what you say to them.
It matters how you spend your time with them.
It matters how you make them feel.
If matters if you are real.
It matters how you love them with your whole heart and show affection.
It matters how you apologize and invite vulnerability to the table.
It matters how you encourage big dreams and tell them the sky is the limit.
It matters if you give them a safe place to land.
It matters if you are their biggest advocate and loudest cheerleader.
It matters if you teach them kindness by demonstrating it.
It matters if you wipe their tears away and put a bandaid on their scraped-up knee.
This parenting thing isn’t something to take lightly.
It’s a big job.
The biggest of them all.
But it’s one where we will keep showing up,
keep learning,
keep apologizing,
keep growing,
and keep offering every ounce of our hearts to see their little hearts soar.

Rage, sadness, intrusive thoughts, wanting to be alone but also not wanting to leave your children, the list could go ON. These are, in fact, VERY common feelings to have in parenthood. If you feel like your feelings during parenthood have been amplified you are not alone ❤️
Let's talk about all those big feelings in parenthood that rarely get voiced aloud this week at our Kindred Spirit Support Circles, Tuesday the 16th from 10am-2:15pm and Thursday the 18th from 4:30pm-5:45pm

Happy Mother & Birthing People's Day from Kate and Liz at Celestial Circle Community!! We hope today is filled with the little moments that make everything worth it.
We know today can be challenging for many people on lots of different levels, so if you're not feeling the glow of mother/parenthood today, take a moment and give yourself some grace. These special days can have a lot of hype around them, and then end up feeling more stressful because of it. Please know that however you are feeling today is ok. And that you are doing an amazing job!
Mother/parenthood can't be summed up with just one day. It's too much pressure on everyone. And it is so much more than that! Appreciating this job in all its glorious, overwhelming, brilliant magnitude takes a change of perspective. It takes community and support!!
Come celebrate YOU this week at our circles, and give yourself the gift of support and the joy of knowing you're never alone in this.
Don't forget to reserve your spot now! Things are filling up!
We will be offering a First Moon Workshop at Turn Back Time, 250 Marshall St Paxton, MA, on May 21, at 2pm!
This workshop educates, supports, and empowers young people about their menstrual cycles, in some respects known as the first moon cycle. It is only a discussion about the menstrual cycle, it does not cover any s*x education. It prepares menstruating people for what to expect and gives them tools to help it be a smooth transition. Teaching them how to track their cycle, all the phases of their cycle, what's normal and what's not, and everyone gets a goodie bag of products to take home.
Come join our circle, have a cup of tea (or if it's hot some infused water), a cookie and celebrate the menstruating phase of life!
Showing young people the power of bleeding without any shame.
