How did Hoppy Pop get its name? 🤔 You already know my last name is Hopkins, but more specifically, the inspiration comes from my oldest brother, Josh (pictured with me here). His hometown friends always called him by the nickname "Hoppy," and it just stuck! Plus, Hoppy Pop has a nice ring to it, right?! 😏

We have a new look and some new followers, so allow me to reintroduce myself! 👋 My name is Jessica Hopkins! (This is me and my two dogs, Oliver and Remy. 😊🐶) I'm the owner of Hoppy Pop, the delicious, gourmet caramel corn you've come to love (or, if you're new here, are about to fall in love with).

Did you know that the family recipe for this homemade snack is more than 30 years old and is TOP SECRET?! 🤫

It all started with my Aunt Janet, who we call Jannie 🫶. Decades ago, she started making this hulless caramel corn around the holidays for family and friends. Over the years, my mom started doing the same. 👩‍👩‍👧 Following suit, I eventually started making it for my friends and family, too, and then for my real estate clients as well.

Time and again, everyone who tried this sweet treat RAVED about how good it was! 😍 I knew I could no longer just gift this around holidays—people were craving it year-round! So, I decided to make it a bit more official and start selling "Hoppy Pop," getting its namesake from our last name, Hopkins.

So, here it is! If you've been gifted Hoppy Pop before, I hope you crave it enough to become a customer. And if you're already a customer, I hope you love it enough to send a bag to your friends or share with your neighbors so I can spread this family tradition far and wide! 💛
