We’re your kids Born To Move? Yesterday we kicked off our Member Appreciation Week with Born to Move, a Les Mills song, dance, and movement class for kids. Check out these little movers! This class is virtual and set to automatically pop on our Studio A screens at the start time, engaging your kids in active play and listening. Middle School Girls Basketball starts SEPT 15, Thursdays from 6-7pm. These trainings will teach the girls the proper fundamentals of basketball with weekly skill development and Fitness Center health and strength training in a female-empowering environment. Grades 5-8. Register today!

NEWLY RENOVATED Tennis/Pickleball Courts
Thanks to a generous anonymous donor, our outdoor tennis/pickleball courts have been renovated, so that children and adults can stay active and enjoy the outdoors playing in clean and safe facilities. Open weekdays 5:30-8pm and weekends 7am-5pm. Hours will expand come September.

Get fit in the water this summer with Drenched! This 45-minute shallow water class has cardio and high intensity moves with a warm up, so everyone can stay moving. Wednesdays at 8am. Sign up on MyJ!
