Meet TLC Work-Based Training Program, Inc, Tarik Casteel. Tarik is a 1991 graduate of Harrisburg High School where he studied building and maintenance. He attended Cheyney University of Pennsylvania for 4 years and majored in Industrial Technology. Tarik has over 20+years of building/construction experience and is a seated member of the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency Board.
As the Owner of TLC Construction and Renovations, LLC., Tarik prides himself as a professional, providing timely and qualified work as demonstrated by his portfolio.
