💙 Thanks to all the CRNAs and nurse anesthesia residents who joined us at the AANA / American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology Mid-Year Assembly in Washington, D.C., in April. Your helps strengthen our profession!
The health-care industry is on the verge of a historic breakthrough to provide non-opioid, non-addictive treatments for severe pain. By co-sponsoring the Alternatives to PAIN Act and ensuring these treatments are accessible to seniors, you can help end the epidemic. That's why we encourage Representative Mike Kelly, Congressman John Joyce, Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick and Congressman Lloyd Smucker to please co-sponsor HR 7142.
Rachel A. Wolfe, DNP, CRNA is celebrating CRNA Week 2024 with her thoughts on how CRNAs play a critical role, especially in rural and underserved areas.
With their advanced training and vast clinic experience, CRNAs play a critical role in addressing rising health-care costs, protecting patient health, and ensuring access to quality care, especially in rural and underserved areas, where they enable health-care facilities to provide obstetrical, surgical, pain management and trauma stabilization services they otherwise would not be able to offer.
Happy National !
