Big thanks to the crew for helping me pull off this very cool party at the Ridgewood Public Library last night! It was a great to be big part of such a unique event!

The team and I cranked out a House Rocking 40th birthday party in Wyckoff on Saturday night! I'm lucky to have such great people who make me look good at all my events!

Ike - you and your staff were AWESOME. You made it so easy and comfortable to have you all in the house. The food was exceptional!!! It was really a pleasure. I caught up with a chef buddy of mine at restaurant Danji in NYC last night. We devoured many Korean tapas style plates while catching up. It makes me very happy when I get to taste a variety of unique foods in one sitting!

Had great meal at Osteria Morini in Soho with Pammy this weekend! That's the 2nd, Chef Michael White restaurant I've been to and both are worth the trip! I had the best fresh cherry Panna Cotta in my life there.

As a Chef / Dad I love living in b area where I can get great quality fish from Peter's Fish Market, cook up some naturally raised poultry from the Goffle Poultry Farm and snack an beautiful local fruits and vegetables from our Jersey Farmers Markets!

Had a great date night with Panmy last night at Local restaurant in Ramsey! Great dinner with a wonderful lady!

Catered a Reception last night in Ridgewood where my "Small Plates" were a big hit! Smoked Paprika Shrimp with Mango Salsa, Bacon- Tomato Mac & Cheese, and Potato-Cheddar & Ale soup were among some the favorites!

I am pleased to report that while I was putting out a 4 course Anniversary Dinner for 18 guests in Wyckoff on Sat night, my auction item to the Ridgewood Newcomers Snowball Dinner Dance got into a bidding war and raised the most money for the cause, $1,200! That's Cool

How to help grads and newlyweds set up a first kitchen June ought to be called the freshest month. College graduates move into their lives, newlyweds set up house, and a new crop of cooks hits the kitchen.

The Glen Rock Neccomers "Ladies Night" was a success last night. They had a lot of fun and cooked some tasty food.

Pam and I had a great dinner at Picnic, The Restaurant in Fair Lawn week.

Big "Thanks" to John Greco of First Due Web Services for reconstructing the CIYK website. I drove him crazy, but he really did an awesome job.

Very sad to hear about the loss of a great chef, Joe Cerneglia of Campania in Fair Lawn.

Went out with Pam to Latour Restaurant and enjoyed some great food and a bottle of Layer Cake Malbec Wine.

Working on getting together a new website that will feature more of what CIYK can do.

This dinner party had to be done under candlelight due to a storm that knocked out the power.

The ladies had fun putting together a Small Plates menu that each pair prepped and presented while enjoying a glass of wine or two.
