If you haven't noticed, we moved to a new property just a mile south of the building we had built late last year. This new space holds many opportunities for centralized operations and growth! We were able to utilize our new conference room for a Septic Drivers meeting this morning while we also welcomed back our team member Brent. He just returned from overseas on Saturday from an 11 month deployment. Welcome back, Brent! Thank you for your service. 🇺🇸

Do you recognize this man? He was on our billboard this summer! Corey has been on our Sewer and Drain team for a while now but wanted to get his CDL to be able to pitch in with the Vacuum Truck work. He is now on the road! Great job, Corey! We appreciate you! 👊🏻

A CDL B is preferred for the Septic Driving position, but we do offer a training program where we can help you get your CDL while you learn the job.

We are so fortunate to have a great team of hardworking people. Today, Kevin, Lisa and Nic got up early on a Saturday to knock out this job with us. Also out and about is Drew in a vacuum truck cleaning septic tanks and Chad (not pictured) taking care of a backed up retirement home kitchen. We wanted to take a moment to recognize that we are so thankful to our entire team for putting in the time after hours and on weekends to provide the level of service we are proudly known for. Their families are also to thank because time at work with us means time away from them.

Congratulations to Lisa Heaton Beagle for passing her CDL Skills Test today! 🎊 Lisa joined our team in March, working in customer service in the office. She's got previous truck driving experience and was willing to get her CDL back and pitch in out in the field! She's not the only Beagle on our team... We also have her husband Kevin G Beagle who has been with us since January of 2020 but has nearly 20 years experience in the Septic Industry. In June of 2020, their son Beagle Nic joined our team getting his CDL and also runs a Septic route every day. We are so happy to have the Beagles on our team! Great Job, Lisa! 👏

Plummers now has its first ever female CDL Truck Driver! Congratulations to Ally Plummer for passing her skills test today. 🙌 🎉

With such heavy hearts, we are sharing the news of the tragic loss of Derek, long time team member at Plummers Disposal and a friend to many of those in our family. Derek was an excellent mechanic and an extremely hard worker. He leaves behind a wife, 12 month old daughter and 10 day old son. He took great pride in providing for his family. We share this fundraiser to give the opportunity to those who knew him, and maybe those who didn't to do the same in his memory. ❤️

We were saddened to read this story and are thankful that in our 65 years of operation we have not heard of this happening close to home. There have been many "close calls" from riding lawnmowers falling in to weakened and deteriorated septic tanks and even our own team members coming close to falling in an actively collapsing tank. Thoughts and prayers to this family in such a difficult time.
