Smoked pork loin on a WINDY day! 12 lbs of pork loin with FatBoy Seasonings Sweet Rub! Smoked to 120 degrees at 225 on the smoker. Took about 2 hours.
Chicken Thighs and Potatoes crockpot recipe. This cooked low for 8 hours. I’d recommend a shorter cook time.
