Haven’t updated in a while. It’s been a grind trying to get everything ready for final paint but we are almost there. Thanks to Cutting Edge Woodworks for the new shaker cabinet doors and Estrada’s Granite & Quartz for the countertops. I highly recommend these guys if you’re in the market for cabinets or countertops. We will be wrapping this one up soon and I believe it will be on the market if you are looking for a rock solid, freshly remodeled home. It’s been awhile since I’ve posted an update on our current remodel project. Obviously nothing is finalized, but things are starting to take shape.….and just a sneek peek at the fireplace facelift. Thanks to Estrada’s Granite & Quartz for getting my hearthstone set so quickly. We are a week into this remodel and I’m pretty pleased with our progress. Two construction dumpsters worth of demo materials, close a doorway here, open a new doorway there, total gut in both bathrooms with a couple of changes coming, probable island coming for the kitchen along with more cabinets, plans for a fireplace facelift…….and we already have sheetrock back up in 1 bedroom. More updates coming as we move through this extensive remodel. Everyone have a great weekend. 😎✌🏽

Demo Day 1 begins…..

EDIT….Here are the before pics! Bath #2 in the same house almost complete. I don’t have before pics of this one , but it was basically the same as the other. Green 4” tile and tons of dirt under the cast iron tub.

This one had a little (a lot of) dirt under the tub and in the walls. Just waiting for the shower door to come in and a few other finishing touches.

Many times the North wind will emphasize the inefficiencies of French Doors. Replaced doors with energy efficient windows. A little interior paint and a couple pieces of trim and this one is complete.

This one was a definite fixer upper. Budget minded remodel on some rental property.

Before, during, and after…..adding a few more finishing touches. More pics to come. We enjoyed this project. Started with an empty wall and the customers idea. With some creativity and a little sweat we created this beautiful natural stone veneer fireplace with 6 bookcases,recessed lighting, cable/HDMI/Internet/phone connections, and 7 electrical outlets. We also installed new flooring, wood ceiling, dishwasher, slide out spice rack, new cedar shutters, and new baseboard and crown molding throughout the house.
