I was recently notified by Square that I had been in "real" business for a year almost!! WHAT?!
One whole year of doing markets, meeting all of you cool people, and tons of other small businesses who I have made great friends with!!

With all that being said, I figured it was time for an introduction.😎

My name is Lilly. I am a mama of a 16 month old, and two crazy pitbulls who love to snuggle and eat snacks with us. I am always on the go, and am the "queen" of our household while my husband goes to work in the military everyday. While I could type about myself and my life all day.... here are a few random facts;

1. Coffee. Nuff said.

2. I am from Tumwater, but will moving here pretty soon for the first time in my LIFE! (sh its a secret)

3. I started New Mama Designs as a way to have alone time from my wild life, and it quickly became more than that.

4. Asside from thrifting and making earrings, I LOVE crafting... and my office is WILD with all sorts of supplies.

5. I play Call of Duty fairly often, like everyday, even though my husband says I suck. 😂

Basically, Im your typical "get coffee and go to target mom" and I own this business to aid in all my spending. ✌🏻😂

This event was one for the books! Seriously I cannot rave about it enough.

A great event doesn’t always mean a ton of customers, or money making. It’s often well put together, making friends and connections, amazing food and just a good time all around.

I have learned so much from passed events in the short 9 months or so we have been doing them; but I can say that being part of this community is the best thing I’ve taken away. My set up changes each time; moving things around, adding or taking away products, and just learning how to make it better each time.

The last couple weeks have been chaotic up in our household. Between my little mouth procedure, baby sickness, and than both of us parents being sick… I am READY to get back to work.

After that I will be taking a couple weeks from active orders and work to get my office reorganized and ready for market season!

These carhartt shirts are SO stinkin cute! I wore this exact outfit yesterday while thrifting and eating some lunch with my husband and I had so many comments.

I love the older used shirts the best as they give a softer feel. I am typically a woman’s large, so a mens medium; but I am wearing a mens XL cause I wanted a super oversized shirt! I tucked it into my pants a little on the side.
