Went and saw this handsome beast today while at Emerald for the Longacres Mile! Even won a few bucks on the trifecta! Excited for King's next race and always have to pinch myself living this dream!

We were beyond proud of King and the race he ran yesterday evening. We are so thankful for Kevin Orozco and his incredible ride, that they both came back safely, and our trainer and her crew for continuing to help King into his potential. I thank God everyday for blessing us with the ability to live this dream, and thankful for all the incredible people we have met and gotten know along the way!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came yesterday to watch King in his maiden race!! He may not have won, but he did everything right, and came back safe and sound under the incredible Kevin Orozco. We stacked the odds against him in the biggest way - some of the toughest horses at Emerald, a new distance, a 7 slot in the gate, and a warm day to boot. He had a lot to learn in a very short amount of time that could not be taught in any other way but a race day. We are beyond excited to see his next couple races as he learns the ropes.
We are beyond blessed to be at this point. Some people hope and dream of this, and we are thankful God has laid this path out for us and we get to live this life and give Him the Glory.
A GIGANTIC thank you to his trainer, Rosie Simkins, his groom Doug, and everyone who has been with us to this point. We may not be in the spotlight, or even considered great, but being here is something I have hoped and prayed for, and know great things are still to come!!

We have been busy with so many projects during the nice summer weather including home renovations which required my office to be torn apart! I will be able to get my office back together this week to get charts out!!
BUT OUR BIGGEST NEWS:
King will be entered for JUNE 23RD race day!! We are so incredibly excited for this point and while we pray he does well, we will be happy with him running and coming back safely from the trip with his mount.
Many have been asking about his racing schedule and we are THRILLED to be able to have you all along for the ride!!

Our 2024 glow!! Dapples and shine are our thing, and one of the reasons I am so passionate about nutrition!! Will be opening the books very soon to start taking nutrition clients! I can't wait to help you help your horses!

We are beyond thrilled to announce that owner Maegan passed her Exam this morning and has added Independent Equine Nutrition Specialist to her resume!!!
She will now be adding this to the list of offerings here at IFT. Being independent allows her to look at your horse's entire Nutrition program on an individual basis with an unbiased approach and scientific-based information.
Since she is not beholden to a specific feed company, she has the freedom to weigh options for you, whether it is with a feed company you currently like and use, or you are wanting to see about other options that might better fit your budget, horse's current life stage, needs, etc.

Announcements should be coming in the very near future about openings for appointments, whether in state or out of it!

Busy weekend!! Tachi goes to the breeding shed tomorrow and fingers crossed, takes quickly so we can ship her back!!
Sunday, I will be headed to Emerald to watch King continue his training and will have an updated video!!
One step closer to great things on the racing side, and stupid excited to see this upcoming foal!! 90% sure we are gonna have a grey!!
