Not my 3rd year on Facebook, but 3 years since I made this page to focus on my artistry and things are still moving faster than I expected. 🙌🙏 I did NOT want to make a separate page at all lol but I remember I sat down with Durvel Wilson and he explained to me the benefits and the importance of connecting with the people who support me and love my content. I'm so grateful for that conversation and the people who see me and hear me and feel me. I don't post much, but please know that things are always moving behind the scenes. Thank you for accepting me for who I am in the moment and for your acceptance in the future when I continue to grow and become the person I'm aiming to be. I appreciate each and every one of you reading this and those who miss it I know feel the love. 💕

For a few years, my tea time has been an every day (sometimes 2 or 3 cups a day) type thing. I find it not only relaxing but rejuvenating, and at this point in my life, a serious necessity. I found a love for natural healing and it all started with tea! Learning about herbs and the benefits they have for our bodies has given me a sense of freedom I could never give up. I have the power to learn what these plants do and apply it to my life and teach my kids. I will always be grateful to those who passed their knowledge on to me in any form. 🙏🙏

I'm soooo excited to be a part of this beautiful event! Shout-out to my bro Circumstantial Saint who will also be performing and a whole line up of other dope artists coming together to shine a light on mental health.

One of the reasons I love writing and love poetry and music is because it feels like it slows down time and really focuses in on the smallest moments.
