What should be my next color combo?!

I bought these beautiful recycled glass beads from a friend in multiple colors. They remind me of sea glass! This week I had inspiration and decided to make some casual choker necklaces, perfect for the endless summer here in Hawai’i. You can shop these tomorrow at the Helemano Craft Fair! This week has not been fun, the stomach flu has hit us hard, first my 5 year old, then me, now my husband, praying my almost 10 year old doesn’t get it! But anyways! My next show is the the last weekend of June. Come check out a ton of amazing handmade artists here, even some from the other islands!

This one is a little more natural and less sparkly than the others but just as beautiful. Surrounded by all of the island greenery lately, I was really inspired. I used green serpentine and freshwater pearl beads 🦪

Here is another one of the beaded chokers I made recently. This one would pair well with a simple gold chain necklace! Dress it up or dress it down, that is the question.

Here in Hawai’i I have seen two trends, gold layered chain necklaces and loose choker style necklaces. So I decided since I am not trying to be one of the many with the gold chain jewelry, I would do my spin on choker style necklaces. Here is one of many I have created recently. Each day I will post another design. I will add them to my Etsy as I post them. Remember, I only make each design once!

This week I added a few more designs to my ceramic pendant necklace collection. I only had a few left of the original line (swipe right to see the last few). I love this style necklace because it is not long but also not too short. I personally can’t stand anything tight around my neck so these are just right. They can also be worn with jeans and t shirt or dressed up a bit.

Brittany has been making jewelry for 20 years and her handmade art business has been in operation since 2016. Each piece has unique beading, made from different upcycled finds like sea glass. Tried the mermaid tail pattern… without using all delicas… it was… an experience! lol I now know to only using delicas if I do it again. For those who aren’t familiar with the term, it is a very specific type of seed bead that are uniform in size, making it easier to create and follow patterns. Thoughts on this design?

Thought I was done with this color pallet until I happened upon these heart beads! Just like me to be late on a Valentines Day design 😂
