We are renovating all of our Forest properties in the next 8 weeks! I love the simple design but we want to do some more things to liven up these units!

Our first stop in our fitness tour was with the fitness company ‼️
The workout challenge we decided to do was 25,000- 100,000 lbs worth of reps in one hour.
The movements we used for this challenge:
1. Leg Press
2. Deadlifts
3. Back Squats
4. Bench Press
finished the challenge with 38,255 lbs worth of reps in an hour❗️
Trainee: completed the challenge with 105,675 lbs worth of reps in an hour❗️

I’m excited to announce the relaunching over the Rapture Tik Tok account‼️ This is a project that I’ve been developing for the last year and a half and I’m thrilled to finally bring it into fruition.
Over the next year I will be traveling across the country training with some of the country’s best trainers. During these trips we will be covering Nutrition, Body Building, Athletic Training, Cross Fit Training and everything else in between.
