I got to see one of my favorite bands at the beautiful Ironstone Amphitheater. It was a weekend full of delicious food, old friends, laughter, dancing, and so much love.❤️

Gold ribbon at the science fair!
Beaches, bistros, and Billy Joel! What a beautiful and transformative adventure we had. I am so grateful to all of my clients who encouraged me to go and gave me “a-little-extra-spending-money” so that I could get the good seats … it feels good to be loved.
I am back now, please be patient with me, I have close to 40 people on my waitlist. I’m going to work several weekends in a row, will be coming in early and staying late to make sure all of you beautiful people get the help you need. 🙏😊
**SOLD**I had a last-minute cancellation this afternoon in Ashland, Oregon for an in-home massage session. Let me know if you want it, it will fill quick!
My first time on the 101 In the Pacific Northwest. Some of the most beautiful country I have ever witnessed.
Its been 13 year since we lived in Sequim, and this is our first time back since. It is more beautiful than I remembered it.
Last night I took my son to see Billy Joel, and it was profound.
Making the 12-hour drive to Seattle to see a childhood hero tomorrow night 😁😁😁
My beautiful niece was born during my son’s eighth grade graduation, what an amazing night!
There goes my boy, in more ways than one.
There is tadpole tide-pool in front of the coastal house we stay at. Super cool, the ocean splashes up to the higher pools and is stagnant, it makes for a perfect place for a frog to raise some babies.
Although we could hear the frogs last year, we could never find them. We brought better flashlights and were successful this time around. Part of our failure last year was that we were expecting the frogs to be huge, as their calls were very loud. Turns out, they are smaller than my thumb. They’re called Pacific Chorus Frogs, and are very prevalent in Northern California and Oregon.
Taking a break 😊
Armstrong Bodywork closed early today, I had to go pick up my favorite 11 year-old for a lunch date. Foolishly, this is my first big meal after an extended water-fast, so Armstrong Bodywork is likely to be closed the rest of tomorrow as well🙏😳
The tulips are popping, definitely worth the drive!
Beautiful Sarana was singing, Chef Marion was cooking, and the flowers were blooming. I know it’s not the real world, but it ought to be.
The flowers are blooming at Wilbur Hot Springs! I will be there this weekend and I still have a few openings for 75-minute massage sessions. Please remember that the Hot Springs needs 48-hour notice to make your reservation, so book Quick!
Front desk: 530–473–2306.
This will be my last time at Wilbur for a while, so I hope to see you!
First time snowshoeing, it’s surprisingly fun! We found rabbit tracks, deer tracks, and great-big-bear tracks🐻
We had a beautiful Easter-brunch in the ‘Wigwam Room’, a funky structure designed by Frank Lloyd Wright over 100 years ago. I wanted it to be a special meal, because I’m really vibing with spring this year; new life, new beginnings. For many of us, the lockdowns were the beginnings of a cold, dark Winter. I have learned to accept Winter. I have learned that destruction is not a sign that something has gone wrong, it’s a sign that something new is about to happen. But first, illusions must be brought to light, toxic relationships must be abandoned, and ancestral patterns must find new trajectories. It is a painful process, but I’ve learned to not resist it. Mercifully, that season has passed for me, the ice is melting, birds are singing, and the sun is warm on my face. I am ready to build again, ready to partner with like-minded folks, and ready to fully realize my potential with those that are going the same direction 💪🏻👊🏻
Please excuse my son‘s profanity on this, the holiest of days. But in his defense, we were going wicked fast, headfirst into a tree😳
I am only a small man, with a big dream…
We are enjoying the winter during spring break 🌲☃️
The boy’s had a whale-watching field trip to Monterey and we got to see some beautiful animals 😍
Had some wonderful massage sessions with some incredible people 🙏
And the rest of the time I spent with dear, old friends (and a few new ones😉)
I will be offering massages at my Monterey Bay location this Saturday, March 23!
If this is your first time with me, I am offering $100 discount for your first session😊
I fill quickly, so please don’t wait to book your appointment, which you can do by going to my online calendar:

Please let me know if you have any trouble booking.

Look forward to seeing you!
I get love letters from my son several times a week, I found this one on my pillow when I came home last night. Hard to translate, but it says that he loves me and he wants to watch America’s funniest videos (AFV) when I get home ❤️
I particularly enjoy the portrait of us, I’m the long legged fellow on the right 😊
I feel like the luckiest man alive.
