First time working on a 9” (coming from 8.8’s) and man are they nice; the simplicity of being able to fully assemble/calibrate the 3rd member on the bench alone is a huge factor. center section casting all rollerized with Timken bearings, billet 1350 yoke, moving power through 35 spline custom axles, all powder coated clear/cherry red by ; should be plenty for running parts on Fridays. 🛒🚶‍♂️

That’s a “wrap” on the exhaust; kept it simple going with true-dual 3” 304 S/S tubing blowing through ProXS mufflers. As much as I’d like to expose all the TIG labor, functionality is the name of the game so all the tubing got wrapped in heat wrap to mitigate as much heat away from the cab & undercarriage plumbing as possible. Scratchin’em off the list w/plenty to go.…🚶‍♂️

Wrapping up headers on the shop truck. 1-7/8” “mid-length” primaries merged into some 3” collectors. Never really messed with headers before but it’s a whole other game for sure; onto the rest of the exhaust…🚶‍♂️🔥
