The world is so heavy right now. That weighted down feeling, that tugging to not get out of bed, the confusion, lack of ability to concentrate, grief, especially during the holidays, loneliness, mental illnesses like depression and anxiety are at all time highs and su***de is too. So many things are lowering the vibration of us individually but understanding as we operate at a connected consciousness, we each need to do what we can to at least start to lift our own vibrations, even before lifting others’ in most cases as we can’t pour from empty cups, thus helping to lift this national, global even, labor pangs our earth is going through. Surely this planet is not home, but a temporary one, yet while we are here, we desire and crave and yearn for peace, calm, joy…at least for a time, to exhale. If you don’t know where to begin, you can try raising your vibration with sound frequencies. This is only one of many ways we can. Gotta start somewhere. Get in where you fit in. What works for some may not work for others but this one I did want to share as it is helping me very much this morning to vibrate a little higher.
