I battled depression at its extreme, self-doubt, the voices the called me worthless! Low self-esteem, to name a few.
I looked down on myself and my abilities.
I never believed i will make it this far.

Practicing positive affirmations is not complicated at all, and all you need to do is pick a phrase and keep repeating it to yourself.

✔️Boost your self-esteem.
Most times we find our self drowning in the pool of our own neg*tive self-talk and most times when we feel like things aren’t just going as planned neg*tivity can easily creep in.

What are some examples of skills you’ve always wanted to learn?
For someone like me who is not much of a fan of vegetables, i’m learning to incorporate it into my diet.
Fruit and vegetables are a good source of vitamins and minerals, including folate, vitamin C and potassium. They are a great source of dietary fibre, which can help to maintain a healthy gut and prevent constipation and other digestion problems (i’m sure most of us are aware of all that already).
Also, i wanted to point out that in order for our journey to personal growth to be complete, our health and body play a vital role. Our dietary habits can also affect our mental health.
Meanwhile, research🔬 has shown that people who do eat more fruit 🍎 and vegetables report a higher level of mental well-being and life satisfaction than those who eat less.
Let’s start eating more.

Sleep 💤 is an essential it allows your body and mind to recharge and function optimally, leaving you refreshed and alert when you wake up.
It’s also important to stay healthy and live long.
👉🏼Getting up to 7-8hours of sleep as an adult is very important and helps increase productivity.
👉🏼Ensuring you have a comfortable sleep environment and cool and comfortable temperature will help you sleep better.
👉🏼Also avoid alcohol, caffeine and large meal just before bed.
👉🏼As the saying goes, “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise”. Going to bed earlier can help you regulate your sleep schedule and you wake up early feeling less grumpy.
Learning something new and gaining new experiences are good to help increase our knowledge. It stimulate creativity and brainpower.
It also helps you know yourself better and know what you are good at (a path to self-actualization)
It could be
👉🏼trying out a new recipe
👉🏼visiting somewhere new
👉🏼learning a new skill, etc.
The list is endless just try out new activities.
