I don't know who needs to hear this but that cake you have on the counter locked up in the cake box, put it in the fridge, it gon spoil🧐
With this heat, cakes will spoil faster therefore, it is wise to refrigerate your cakes.
And if you are worried about your cake drying out in the fridge, simply wrap your cake in plastic wrap and then place it in the fridge, it will help to maintain moisture.
