Once again as the new school year begins, Please be informed of the upcoming class meetings scheduled for the following dates:

- **Tuesday, 10th September 2024**: Grades 6, 2, and K

- **Wednesday, 11th September 2024**: Grades 1 and 5

- **Thursday, 12th September 2024**: Grades 3 and 4

All meetings are **9:30 am - 10:00 am** on the respective days.

In our ongoing series highlighting exceptional educators, we're proud to feature a dedicated teacher from St. Vincent and the Grenadines who is at the forefront of integrating technology into education.

Leveraging SmartTerm for Educational Excellence
Innovative educator, Ms. Breya John, describes her experience with SmartTerm as "scratching an itch." As an advocate for ICT in education, Ms. John sees the platform as a significant step forward for schools in her region. Her role as ambassador has deepened her understanding of the platform's capabilities and its potential in educational settings.

While acknowledging the challenges of introducing new technology, particularly in training colleagues who may be resistant to change, she finds great satisfaction in seeing others learn to use the platform independently.

The impact on her teaching practice has been overwhelmingly positive. SmartTerm has streamlined administrative tasks, reducing time spent on physical record-keeping. With features like student profiles, attendance tracking, gradebooks, and report cards easily accessible, this educator can now be more flexible and intentional with instructional time.

A Passion Rooted in Growth and Opportunity
What fuels her passion? It's the joy of witnessing children flourish through positive learning experiences, coupled with an understanding that not all children have the advantage of dedicated parental support.

Junior Panorama 2024

Our hearts go out to Noveeh Laborde who lost his mom on his birthday, also, to his family and friends during this difficult time. We extend our heartfelt condolences and support to them as they navigate this profound loss.

Please join us in offering thoughts and prayers for Noveeh and his loved ones. May they find comfort and strength in each other and in the cherished memories of his mother.

For the parents of New Kindergarten Students, please note that Re-Registration for accepted students will resume next week on the 15th, 16th, and 18th of July, and the following week on the 22nd, 23rd and on the 25th of July from 10 am to 2 pm daily. The school will remain closed for the balance of this week.

Dear Parents,

Please be informed that the distribution of reports will take place on Thursday, 4th July, and Friday, 5th July 2024, starting at 10:00 am. Also, be reminded that marks can be viewed on our online platform (EMIS) as was previously announced.

We kindly ask that you collect the reports in a timely manner.

Thank you for your cooperation and continue to stay safe.

We pray that all remains safe during Hurricane Beryl. Please take all necessary precautions and stay informed about the latest updates. Remember to stay indoors for the duration of the storm. The safety of our students, staff, and community is our top priority. Let's support each other and stay strong during this challenging time.

CWPPS Re-Registration Process for Successful Kindergarten Students

To facilitate the smooth transition into the upcoming academic year, parents of students registered for 2024/2025 are asked to note that the Re-Registration process begins on Tuesday 25th June 2024 at 9:30 am. The process will include the allocation of your child to a house and the collection of essential information.

Please bring along:
- a passport sized photo of your child,
- his/her immunization/clinic card and
- Child's birth certificate.

Games t-shirts will be available at the school at $30 per t-shirt.
