: Yes, I did, I studied John Love’s book (+1000 pages). I used to summarise them
Sometimes, it’s necessary to summarise large books, I only do with books with +800 pages, but at the beginning it was hard to do it, in particular when I gave my first exam. Fortunately, during my academic career I learned how to do it easily 🖤

🗣What is the 11’s rule?
In my project50 I decided to read 1 book per week, both Italian and English
In a schedule routine there is a way to read 1 book a week?
This is what I asked to myself, I went to search the following:
1) An empiric experiment (Homa 1983) showed that a person read a range of 200 - 350 words per minute.
So around 1-2 pages per minute.
2)average # of pages in a book: 400 pages
So, let’s do some math together 😏
If we choose a book with around 400 pages, how many pages we need to read per day to finish the book in 1 week?
Let’s choose as hypothesis that we read 2 pages per minute.
Let’s divide the average # of pages to 6 (6 days of the week that we decide to read the book).
In this way, the calculation is easy: 400/6=67 pages, around 67 pages per day!!
So, if we take for hypothesis that we read 2 pages per minute, we need 33 minute to read 67 pages 😄
33 minute could be:
11 minutes in morning
11 minutes in afternoon
11 minute in night before sleep
✨Let’s call this the 11’s rule✨
Is this hard to take 11 minute in my routine to read it?
Well, actually it is possible, and if I imagine that in this 11 minutes I learn years of experiences from experts, I guess it’s a great investment 🖤

Qotd : Do you have a system to achieve your goal?
Aotd : I always find on ig many posts about “setting goals”, “smart goals” and this is great, but few post about systems to achieve those goals. One of the most important thing I learned from “Atomic Habits” is the difference between “goals” and “systems”. I suggest you to do both:
1) set your goals first
2) find a system to achieve them
And you? Do you have a system? How do you find it?
Little resume of how is going: “I started the project50 with the idea to see improvements in 2 principal areas: health and wealth.
So I started this challenge with the idea to read 1 book each week, to build a system that guide me to achieve my goals. And I started with the book “Atomic Habits”.
This book is completely open my eyes in a lot of sense, and the first thing regarding the difference between GOALS and SYSTEMS”

: What is your dream life? How your dream life looks like?
: Yes, I have one. Life is a dynamic process that has its ups and downs. Juggling the disparities of life can be very stressful at times and that is why you get your mind wondering in thoughts. Most thoughts are usually based on what people desire, which we call the dream life. The desires in life may be achieved by doing right things, by improving ourselves, with persistence and time.
It is good to have a picture or at least an idea of the kind of life on desires to have.
Socially, I have always imagined myself being a very influential person in my society. In school, I always have the urge to influence someone being representative of my institute, guiding other students with confidence. I have always wanted to travel the world and explore different cultures of the world through interactions with people. I still do this in university, in my job and with my friends, also with many of you.
Indeed, sometimes I receive DMs from students that fight for they dreams, for having a free life, and I do my best to guide you too.
I deeply believe that your dreams can be achieved if you really work hard and doing the right things in the right time.
I will work, with this spirit, towards achieving my goals by shaping and redirecting the pathway. For example, my career, I will pursue something in the university that will allow me to work, to build my business and help as many people as I can.
