We have been traveling to the island since the late 1990′s and finally decided to purchase a home and live on island. We love the beach and the ocean and the beaches on St. John are all amazing and beautiful in their own way. We love hiking on the island as it is so picturesque.

It only took one trip to fall in love with the island of St. John. Contractors by trade owning a home in paradise was a must. We offer 24/7 concierge, thus allowing our guests to have access to all kinds of information ranging from island “must see and must do’s”, excursions, restaurant recommendations and dinner reservations. We will provide villa provisioning when requested in advance prior to your arrival on St. John.
