Những tấm hình chụp vội trong căn bếp nhỏ, nơi tụi mình nướng bánh, thử nghiệm bánh, và hi vọng những điều tuyệt vời sẽ tới.

5 năm vèo một cái, có những khó khăn ngỡ rằng không bước tiếp được, có những giây phút thăng hoa trong căn bếp và sung sướng khi tạo ra được một chiếc bánh nào đó thoả mãn chính mình. Ở SW, chính xác là một nơi tụi mình được tung hoành với những trí tưởng tượng.

Nhưng khó khăn nào rồi cũng qua, tình yêu với Salt Water ngày càng mạnh mẽ hơn qua mỗi lần như thế. Rồi lại biến thành động lực để học hỏi, trải nghiệm và sáng tạo hơn nữa.

Yesterday, we put all our love into making this beautiful cake. It was a 5kg cake, and we delivered it 50 kilometers away.
" I held it with care and gentleness, feeling like I was working out at the gym. " - The delivery girl said

Making cakes is a long journey of practice, but delivery process is also important. We understand the cakes and the road conditions here. For tier cakes, we need to decide whether to make them in our kitchen and deliver them ourselves, or to bring the cake and decorate it at the venue. Thank you for being a part of our journey. We hope to create more and more beautiful things at Salt Water.

Hôm qua thật sự rất tuyệt vời vì tình cảm mọi người dành cho Salt Water.

Hầu như mọi người đến pop up đều đã biết SW từ trước, chúng mình gặp nhau như có sợi liên kết là những kỉ niệm thì phải.

Mình được nghe những câu chuyện về lần mà các bạn đến SW. Hôm qua có chú khách nọ, đi bộ đến vẫn còn đẫm mồ hôi, lúc tụi mình đang dọn dẹp để về nhưng vẫn kịp bán cho chú. Chú bảo :" 5 năm trước các bạn còn là tiệm nhỏ kia, tôi đã rất thích, rồi các bạn đóng cửa tôi buồn lắm. Thật vui khi gặp các bạn ngày hôm nay." Cuộc gặp gỡ ấy, đã cho chúng mình quá nhiều sự hạnh phúc.

cảm ơn các bạn đã rất nhiệt tình với team, giúp đỡ tụi mình hết sức. 🤍
