The best scent you can use for catching coyotes doesn't come in a jar.
Always a good day to see a sneaky gray fox.
Trap a coyote, save a fawn.
Cold nights make 'em move!
If you're tired of these masked bandits eating corn around your deer stand, you got until Feb. 28 to hammer 'em.
Pretty sloppy today...
No. 1 student T.J. got his first coyote today. Nice set built at a T-intersection. Get them every time if you're willing to wait.
First bobcat for T.J.! It takes passion to want to trap and we know T.J. has the drive to make it happen.
T.J.’s first animal ever caught in a leg-hold trap. One less nest predator AND we hear it’s going on the smoker tonight for the last weekend of deer season.
This week we've been hired to train a new trapping student. This is T.J.'s first c**n that he's ever trapped. His goal on the 950 acres he hunts is to see an increase in the turkey population. This is a great start!
It's a muddy, muggy mess out there right now. Excited about next week's cold weather coming. Critters will be on the prowl!
Book now! We still have a few blocks open in January and February to trap your property and put a dent in those critters that destroy our game populations.
Six night soak with lure and red fox urine—no bait required here. Like to run trap lines 10 to 14 days at least.
Would you look at this... one less fawn killer in Putnam County.
Tomorrow starts the state furbearer trapping season, which means it's time to really knock a dent in those critters that hurt our fawns, turkeys, rabbits.... This bobcat came from a tract in Morgan County in January 2021. Caught a fox from this same set a few days later.
Here's a job I did in February 2021 for two adjoining farms in Morgan County. They were struggling to see turkey reproduction and they were interested in removing a bunch of nest raiders. Always enjoy taking the kids on the trap lines.
