but... there is nothing to debate about.

If you are inadequately ,

Before anything, before checking your sleep, before checking your diet, or anything else, CHECK YOUR BREATHING.

Our impacts the oxygenation in our body therefore the amount of energy we are producing each millisecond.

So it is easy to imagine how impactful breathing is on our energy levels.

This is simple everything affects our breathing, and one particular aspect of our humanness is deeply linked to our breathing. Our emotions. This makes perfect sense because both the breathing center and the regulation of our emotions are made in the brain stem. The oldest brain formation. Everything comes after.

So when we are subject to any kind of emotion repeatedly, "positiveโ€œ or "negative" ones. Breathing is impacted, level of energy is impacted.

End of the story, nothing to debate about.

Wish good breathing retraining to everyone.

Well, on this one, (and a few others, maybe all of them...), I don't think we need anyone else but ourselves to choose who we want to surround ourselves with.

This is our choice.

Hang tight, stick to the plan, and SERRE LES FESSES

There are some days when I can't help but question every decision I make.

And these days are worth living because usually, strikes after.

But during those days or should I say enduring those days, that's quite challenging.

Everything seems to produce a future outcome that is different from what I expect from the decision I am about to take.

For me, the most important is to find the diaphragm and breathe wide with it.

This is a true game changer that demultiply my oxygenation levels every single second. And I can tell you I completely feel the difference, in energy level, mood, warm extremities, and heat in my body. Absolutely amazing!

When not breathing efficiently, over-breathing, or breathing irregularly, we tend to take too much air in. Therefore exhale more often. And when this happens, TOO MUCH CO2 is released making its levels drop considerably.

Much more important than any other way to get energy in.

But society tends to forget the most important :

This is our responsibility to educate ourselves, retrain our breathing patterns and take control back on our body and mind.
