Right ✅! So it will be 21 days before dateline to mark the one year anniversary for which this page was created. With two major failed attempts since 2023, its not until Friday 29 December that particular year that we are starting afresh. It's been a grueling four days already and boy are we hungry for food! But we have to keep the focus 💪 💯! We wil get there on target.
Hey Fitness Activists, so as of Friday 29 December 2023, we went on a second round of diet after the first attempt steered away from target.
We are now four days into the diet progress starting off again with brown sliced grain bread 🍞 and warm water.
Man! The first two days was grueling and we finished the bread earlier than anticipated so we kind of had a stomach and digestion issue after.
But into the three days we picked up and had warm water, bits and pieces of raw tomatoes 🍅 and cucumber 🥒.
Today day four we had a bit of coconut 🥥 milk boiled with pumpkin 🎃. By the way we did not eat the pumpkin 😜 its only the milk we drank and still warm water and small tomatoes and cucumber consumption.
Now these four days we have not started our exercise and stretches yet, eventhough three days have lapsed. We will start by walking tomorrow, build up sweat as out exercies and do stretches.
We are behind schedule so we can extend and merge exercise and stretches with jogging to catch up on time and get ready to join self defense trainings.

It's been a challenging year of 2023, but finally did the Diet cut. Now for 2 weeks on Exercise and Stretching whilst working on a stable balanced Diet.
Day # 335 The comeback to focus of body preparedness.
Total 11 months has gone by with no progress, but Friday 22 December 2023, Diet cut achieved. Now into Exercises and Stretches!
It's been nearly 8 months with challenges and no actual training, but it's now back to focus, and today working on diet! Day #1
