My name is Carrie and I have had celiac (gluten allergy) and a dairy allergy for over 18 years. I spent a large portion of those years suffering through birthdays, holidays and many gatherings having to say "No" to all the delicious treats that come along with them. When my daughter was diagnosed with the same dietary issues I became extremely motivated to re-create all those family favorites. It
took a lot of trial and error, but from this labor of love (and desire) came Carrie's Freedom Cakes and more. These decedent treats are by no means health food...they are delicious desserts that give you the Freedom to Indulge! You will have the Freedom to order and enjoy a birthday cake, holiday pie, dozen of cookies or a just because it's Tuesday cake. Gluten and Dairy free cakes tend to be grainy, dense, tasteless. My friends and family prefer my desserts to conventional ones. Items range in price and availability based on the type you are looking for.
