Good luck to everyone who’s doing a bit this weekend; we’ve got clients in the Bolton Ironman triathlon, various park runs, orienteering events and plenty of people just staying active on many levels.

The clinic is shutting for some annual leave on Saturday 6th July and reopening on Monday 15th July. Here’s a few appointments this coming week.

Any clients who want to try Reiki, get in touch with Pete; I know a few people who have been to him and benefitted from his work. 👍👍

I used to think the 'fake it til you make it' was actually a reasonable thing to follow.
Then I remember having a conversation with someone who kinda said the same as this quote.
I believe you can try and be more confident than maybe what you actually are but be real. Be true to yourself.
Go out and try it and if it doesn't work out, try again with a little bit of tweaking.
If it still doesn't work tweak some more, learn the lesson that you're being shown.
Just keep trying, I believe it's a Japanese saying - "fall 7 times, get up 8"
Now whilst it's not glorious sunshine, at least the rain is giving nature a drink, bit I hope it doesn't dampen your spirits over the weekend. You're in control of your own happiness and thoughts, so I hope you have an amazing weekend whatever you're doing. For me, it's a DIY weekend.
