✍️ In an industry shallow I often feel desired, but playing the part gets exhausting and tired.

A pretty thing to look at but no one hears my voice, I often wonder if I made the right career choice.

With a heart so big and a mind so full, not many have tried to dig deeper to see what makes me whole.

I know it could be worse and I try not to complain… but being misunderstood can make you feel insane.

I want to be loved for my heart and my mind, maybe if I keep searching someday I will find…

Someone and something that wants to go deep, to fill my cup and take that leap.

I’m so sad to hear about my friend ‘s passing. Charles also known as Chuck was the kindest most passionate soul. He absolutely loved photography and it was so fun to see someone so passionate about something. He really helped launch my career in modeling shooting most of my portfolio over the years for free out of the kindness of his heart. He always made me feel so comfortable and believed in me when I felt clients/agents didn’t. I saw our work grow each time we shot together and he was the person I always felt most comfortable with. Most recently I turned down a job he was going to be the photogrpaher for based on a conflict and I am kicking myself for doing so. That would have been the last time I got to work with and see Chuck…and it makes me so incredibly sad I will never be able to thank him and tell him how much he has meant to me. Moral of the story is please tell people you love and appreciate them because you never know what could happen. Rest in paradise my friend I hope you are shooting covers in heaven 🙏🏽🫶🏽🕊️

I have been going through different tests to try and get to the bottom of some health issues. What I have found so far is some deficiencies in certain things that have been leading to some symptoms such as:
- chronic fatigue
- adrenal fatigue
- spiked cortisol
- headaches
- mood changes
- heat sensitivity
- gut issues
& more

Long story short I have been taking all these supplements but my body isn’t absorbing them correctly so I am not actually getting what I need.
