Using COVID-19 as an Excuse for Cancellation Fees 😷

We have recently been made aware that some customers are using COVID-19 as an excuse to avoid paying for missing their appointments. ☹️

While we understand that plans change or that you may forget about your appointments, please refrain from using the covid as a reason to avoid paying your cancellation fee.

We do not expect anyone to come in if they are feeling unwell, and we certainly don't want our other customers to be exposed to anything either. However, please do not use this as an excuse to avoid paying for your mistake.

We work tirelessly throughout the year to accommodate all of our customers, especially during the busiest times of the year. When appointments are missed, we lose valuable time and wages, and have to turn away other customers.

We know that not everyone is guilty of this, and we do not intend to offend anyone. We simply ask that you provide us with sufficient notice and honesty if you need to reschedule. Thank you.💖

Our policy is a minimum of 48 hours' notice, and while we consider you all as our family & friends, we'll need to stick to that rule to keep everything running smoothly.
