Hypno-Me

Hello! May I extend you a warm welcome to Hypno-Me.

My name is Rachael and I am training to be a solution-focused hypnotherapist. I am looking for volunteers to receive free relaxation and support to make changes in their lives. I am fully insured and a student member of both the National Council for Hypnotherapists and the Association for Solution-Focused Hypnotherapists.

Once qualified, I will be able to help you with smoking cessation and/or weight-management but for now I am focusing on helping individuals reduce feelings of anxiety, anger and low mood.
